Man and his toys

~*~*~*Man and his toys*~*~*~
Admittedly, a man can be in his late forties..but he'll still be able to have many toys.

Really, a man can never outgrow his love for collecting toys.

Take my A-level Chemistry lecturer, Mr George for instance...

He's been modifying and re-modifying this piece of metal ever since my college days. Now that i'm way past college and working, he's still with his good ol' car. How loyal.

We used to tease him and call it the "George Mobile".

Introducing the George Mobile...

Back then, George Mobile wasn't this colourful. It was just red and had less accessories. Still, it was an outstanding specimen!

Well, dad is also another car junkie. He loves anything with wheels.

Gosh, i didnt even know he's got a new bike.

Damn ol skool looking man..

When i asked my sis, "When did we have this piece of junk?". She answered that it's been at home for days. Oh, how very observant of me.

It's been parked under the porch for days already.

geez, he's got this one and he's barely ridden on it at all. Now he's got like 2 bikes, one is already barely used, what makes him thinks he can handle two.

Tell me, issit the mid-life identity crisis that propels men to buy chunky funky bikes/wheels or anything that spells "danger" to prove their mettles to others?

Or issit the fact that they couldnt afford such "luxuries" back when they were younger, so now that they can afford it they'll splurge as much as they want just to relive their younger days?

hrmm..i cant really figure them out.

I guess men will always be boys. And boys will always be boys.
